Nick Everington, Chief Executive

Responsible for developing the Association's business and corporate objectives, delivering value for money for members and ensuring the Association's long term well being.
Richard Evans, Events Manager

Manager for Livestock Event Incorporating Dairy Event. Responsible for the sale of trade stand space, sponsorship enquiries, poster site and room hire sales. Plans the layout of stands, deals with suppliers and contractors in all matters relating to the Show.
Caroline Barbour, Assistant Event Manager

Works alongside the Events Manager in all aspects of Livestock Event Incorporating Dairy Event. Focusses on trade stand sales, liasing with exhibitors and sponsors.
Wendy Griffin, PA & Executive Administrator

Provides PA services to the Chief Executive, Chairman and Council as well as the office management of Dairy House.  Responsible also for the project management of conferences, training days and awards which are run throughout the year.  Assists with Livestock Event Incorporating Dairy Event administration.

Sylvia Fry, Finance Manager

Responsible for the day to day book-keeping and accounts reconciliations and maintains financial records.  Production of monthly management accounts, annual budgets, cash flows, and membership administration.

Tris Worrall, Senior Events Coordinator


Assists the Event Manager and Assistant Event manager with coordination of Livestock Event Incorporating Dairy Event and other RABDF events throughout the year.


Emily Rowley, Membership & Events Coordinator

Coordinates membership of the RABDF and promotes the Association at farm walks, open days and Livestock Event Incorporating Dairy Event. Will take responsibility for international visitors at the Livestock Event Incorporating Dairy Event. Responsible for membership communication, applications and renewals. Also administers the RABDF Awards and Open Days.

Sian Mercer, Livestock coordinator & technical advisor

Sian joins RABDF as the Livestock Coordinator for Livestock Event Incorporating Dairy Event. Also provides advice on technical and policy matters to the RABDF Council and Members. Responds to consultations and represent the Association's views on all matters affecting dairy farmers to ensure members are kept up to date on current and future dairy farming issues. Provides technical support to the RABDF's European Projects.
