Nick Everington, Chief Executive
Responsible for developing the Association's business and corporate objectives, delivering value for money for members and ensuring the Association's long term well being.
Richard Evans, Events Manager
Manager for the Dairy Event and Livestock Show. Responsible for the sale of trade stand space, sponsorship enquiries, poster site and room hire sales. Plans the layout of stands, deals with suppliers and contractors in all matters relating to the Show.
Laura Dickinson, Events Co-ordinator
Works alongside the Events Manager in all aspects of the Dairy Event and Livestock Show, with specific responsibility for ticket sales including group visits, press, colleges and trade exhibitors. Organises farm walks and open days across the country including Spring grassland events and commercial goat day in November.
Wendy Griffin, PA & Executive Administrator
Provides PA services to the Chief Executive, Chairman and Council as well as the office management of Dairy House.  Responsible also for the project management of conferences, training days and awards which are run throughout the year.  Assists with Dairy Event and Livestock Show administration.
Sylvia Fry, Finance Manager
Responsible for the day to day book-keeping and accounts reconciliations and maintains financial records.  Production of monthly management accounts, annual budgets, cash flows, and membership administration.
Tom Rabbetts, Technical and Policy Adivsor
Provides advice on technical and policy matters to the RABDF Council and Members. Responds to consultations and represent the Association's views on all matters affecting dairy farmers to ensure members are kept up to date on current and future dairy farming issues. Provides technical support to the RABDF's European Projects and produces Milk Digest.
