The revolutionary, automated teat dipping and flushing system (ADF) has won the Royal Association of British Dairy Farmer's Livestock Machinery and Equipment Award at the 2010 Dairy Event and Livestock Show. The award is presented to the equipment manufacturer whose product is judged to offer the most economic advantage to the livestock industry.
At the award presentation Mark Roach on behalf of the judging panel stated “the quality of finalists this year was high, the winner not only benefits herd health but also contributes to significant cost and labour savings, the judging panel was unanimous and the clear winner is ADF Milking”.

ADF, which also won the prestigious Prince Philip award when it was launched at the 2005 Dairy Event, is now very popular with dairy farmers in the UK and is increasingly being exported across the world because of the many benefits it has been shown to deliver. In 2010 ADF users in the UK will have enjoyed the advantages the system brings to more than 50 million milkings.
