RABDF welcomes new Agriculture Minister

The Royal Association of British Dairy Farmers has welcomed the announcement of Jim Paice MP as the new Agriculture Minister.
“We welcome the appointment of a Minister with huge experience of the industry and we look forward to working with him in partnership with Defra,” says RABDF chairman, David Cotton.
“We plan to meet with him shortly to discuss policies that will ensure a sustainable dairy sector. We trust that he will keep his pre-election pledges to put the F for Farming back in to Defra, and take immediate action on rolling out a TB eradication campaign.”
