RABDF is meeting demand for business training from aspiring dairy producers by relaunching Entrepreneurs in Dairying and introducing an additional fourth college to the offer following its successful inaugural programme held in 2014. 

The best of British genetics are scheduled to be showcased in front of a line-up of international judges and spectators along with the UK’s largest audience of farmers at the Livestock Event, staged at The NEC, Birmingham on Wednesday 8 and Thursday 9 July.

AHDB board member and head of the dairy sector board, Gwyn Jones will be the guest speaker at the Trehane Livestock Event Dinner, the first to be held on the eve of the Livestock Event – Tuesday 7 July, at The NEC, Birmingham. 

A series of Feed Science Forums designed to offer practical science based advice to all farmers as well as for consultants and feed advisors will be held at the Livestock Event to be staged at The NEC, Birmingham on Wednesday 8 and Thursday 9 July.

Women in Dairy, a new national platform for networking and knowledge transfer has been launched jointly by the Royal Association of British Dairy Farmers and Promar International a Genus plc company, and supported by DairyCo.
